    Unresolved Payment Issue

    Hi there. There is an issue on my ad account regarding payment. I have already put money into Rockads but it still says I have no payment method on my account. This has gone unresolved for so long despite countless ticket requests. If this could be resolved today, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

      Hi! Sad to hear that. Did you add balance to your Rockads wallet or your ad account? If you only add balance to your Rockads wallet, you need to transfer it to your ad account, too. If you can share your ad account with me, I will check personally.
